Michael Gonzalez

Michael began his agency career in 1999 as an office junior at one of the leading independent commercial agents in central southern England and was subsequently promoted to a senior negotiator working in the Hotels & Leisure department. In 2003 Michael started working within residential sales, establishing himself as a top performer for a large corporate estate agency. Across several years Michael progressed within the company from Negotiator to Assistant Manager in the Wimborne & Broadstone markets, until gaining his first managerial role in Upton. After working for the large Insurance company Ageas for a number of years in various roles including Sales, Training and Compliance, Michael returned to the estate agency sector in 2016 for Savills. He worked here until joining Hearnes in 2023. Michael brings a wealth of property knowledge and business experience to the Company. Clients enjoy his friendly, conscientious & professional approach. Away from the office Michael enjoys time with his 3 daughters (which tends to keep him rather busy…) alongside this he likes playing golf (badly) cycling, reading, and enjoying country / coastal walks.
