Starting out as a small Dorset Estate Agent, in 1996 with a prominent town centre office in Bournemouth, Hearnes has blossomed into a thriving local business, with 5 branches covering the whole of the BH postcode area and surrounding region. Husband and wife Lynda Hearne and Lyndon Le Boutillier, have been at the forefront of the business with a wealth of knowledge and customer service expertise, and have always had a passion for property setting up the business to offer a fresh, honest approach. Their key mission was to focus on excellent customer service, always listening, always valuing every client and always appreciating new business. Their Christian beliefs of honesty and integrity have been at the heart of the company and they have built an excellent brand and are particularly proud of their excellent long serving employees who share their passion, drive and focus.
After opening Bournemouth Office in 1996, this was swiftly followed by the opening of their second branch in Ferndown in 1998 and followed by Ringwood in 2000. In 2009, Anthony Holtom and Sally Gravener bought into the company as Shareholders and Directors, who together, with years of industry experience and extensive knowledge of the local area, took over the running of the Ringwood office.

The four Directors took the business from strength to strength. In 2013 Sally re-opened the Bournemouth office in 2013 and Hearnes acquired Alan Cosgrove Estate Agent in Wimborne. This subsequently rebranded in 2014, with Mark Stylianou joining as Shareholder and Director.
After 20 years of trading, in 2016, Hearnes opened their fifth office in Poole, headed up by Lyndon and Lynda. A prominent office with excellent parking and a real asset to the town. With so many agents going ‘on line’ only and moving away from traditional offices, Hearnes have really found that their clients value having physical offices, where face to face meetings can happen, and where there is always a member of staff on hand. Phone calls are answered by real people that can help without queuing in call answering systems and staffing levels are high to be able to deliver the best possible service.
2021 was an exciting year for Hearnes Ferndown as they moved into a prestigious new office prominently located with expansive display areas for all their clients’ properties. 2023 started with the appointment of Julian Tucker as a Director after many years of loyal service and outstanding performance.
All our directors work closely together, with a shared ethos of providing the best customer service and offering the highest standards in business. We support our local communities and as a business, buy from and use local companies in almost every instance. Hearnes have proudly sponsored numerous charities, businesses and schools in the area, including: Julia's House Poole Town Football Club, Ringwood and Ferndown Schools, Ringwood and Ferndown Carnivals, Broadstone Cricket Club, Hurn Indoor Cricket Centre, The New Forest Show, Ellingham Show, The West Hants Club, David Lloyd Sports and Leisure, The Rotary Club of Ringwood, Broadstone and Wimborne Cricket clubs, Junior football teams, British Legion, Shine Charity, Poulner Scouts and Bournemouth Hockey Club — to name a few.
