We use enhanced advertising on portals such as Feature Property listings and Premium Property listings, generate email alerts on all new listings and price reductions and increase coverage with other banners etc. The three major portals are Rightmove, Zoopla and Onthemarket, whilst paper advertising should never be overlooked for those who are not actively looking but regularly browse the papers and magazines.
We maintain a regular presence in local papers and property supplements, in regional and specialist magazines – and in every case, we ensure our adverts and editorials, both large and small, are both distinctive and noticeable in a particularly crowded and competitive environment.
