Lyndon, Lynda, Anthony and Sally have a strong business and personal relationship, whilst sharing views over supporting their local communities and offering the highest of standards in business. All Directors personally, and as a business, buy from and use local companies in almost every instance. Lynda and Lyndon were married in 1998 and have since been blessed with the arrival of four children, Jordan, Noah, Samuel and Grace.

Lyndon’s estate agency career began in 1982 for a large corporate estate agency where he progressed throughout the company, becoming Area Manager in the Bournemouth area in 1993, still working for the Hambro Group. After further success as Regional Manager, Lyndon recognised the need to move the business focus to the clients without the restrictions and inflexibility of a corporate agency.

Lynda was educated locally at Talbot Heath School, completed her A levels at Millfield School and obtained her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees at Loughborough University. Her competitive nature has always driven her to succeed, highlighted by 12 years of competition in athletics at national level and twice running the London Marathon! Her time spent at a subsidiary of PepsiCo led her to fully understand the need for service excellence.

Anthony has been a Ringwood resident for many years and thoroughly enjoys the hospitable nature of the town. Sally is a Talbot Woods resident enjoying the community spirit and The West Hants Club of which Hearnes are the main sponsor.

Anthony was born and raised in Sway, Brockenhurst where his family, The Holtom’s, is known to have lived since 1860. Anthony has a particular passion for golf, his home club being Brockenhurst Manor Golf Club, where he enjoys family days (albeit rather competitive!) with his father, Edwin, former captain of BMGC, and son, Samuel. Much to Anthony’s dismay Samuel is now hitting his drive further than Anthony! Anthony began his estate agency career in 1986 working for Elliot & Green in New Milton. Continuing to build his career and broaden his knowledge, Anthony worked in eight towns and villages across Hampshire and Dorset before progressing to Manager of a flagship branch within a corporate estate agent in Ringwood.

Sally began her estate agency career in 2001 and quickly established herself as the top sales person in Ringwood for a large corporate estate agency. Subsequently, at the age of 24, she was offered a managerial position at their Highcliffe office and through innovation, drive and maintenance of the highest standards of customer service, Sally led this branch to record business levels. In 2010 with Anthony Holtom, she became Shareholder and Director of Hearnes in Ringwood, where they have been able to offer a truly unrivalled and independent level of service, whilst being an integral part of the local community.

In July 2013, Sally expanded the business further by opening a Bournemouth town centre office, where she currently enjoys dealing with a diverse range of properties across 14 postcodes in a lively, cosmopolitan town. The Bournemouth office has already reached market leading position in a competitive market place, whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service in the area. Sally is accustomed to dealing with a variety of property, ranging from waterside, rural homes to town centre houses and apartments, and this experience combined with her attention to detail and acute understanding of customer needs, will offer the buyers and sellers of Bournemouth an unrivalled level of service and an outstanding moving experience, helping to alleviate the pressures of moving home.

Mark Stylianou joined Hearnes in 2014 as Managing Director of Wimborne Office having known Lyndon for ten years, working for a well reputed agent in Westbourne during that period.

He was born in Kingston-upon-Thames and moved to Poole at the age of 5. His father is a Greek-Cypriot hence the surname ‘Stylianou’ and he is very close to his family of 3 sisters, 7 nieces/nephews and his parents who all live in the Wimborne and surrounding area. Mark has been happily married for the past 18 years to his wife Ruth and has two daughters, Helana and Nicole. Both girls attend local schools and nursery.

He has lived in Wimborne for the past 14 years and enjoys the bustling atmosphere the market town has to offer as well as sampling some of the fine dining restaurants the town now has and its friendly community spirit. Mark has a wealth of experience in agency and has worked in the Poole/Bournemouth area for the past 25 years where he has built up an excellent reputation in customer service and sales which has resulted in a large amount of repeat business over the years.

In his spare time Mark enjoys running, especially around Wimborne and Pamphill. He has achieved two London Marathons with the possibility of taking up the challenge of a third if he has the time in between taking his girls to ballet, swimming and gymnastics.
