Alec grew up in the surrounding areas of Bournemouth and was originally part of Hearnes from 2004 to 2006. He then joined LV for 11 years, having different sales roles within the company and a Personal Assistant to company Directors and Management. In 2017, Alec returned to work for Hearnes after wanting to persue his career in property. Outside of work Alec enjoys The New Forest, socialising, spending time with his partner and their dog Dudley.
