Alec grew up in Ferndown and has remained close by; his family are an active part of the Ferndown community since his Grandfather became The Mayor of Ferndown in the 1990’s. Alec was part of the original Hearnes team, joining the Bournemouth office in 2004, before moving to local insurance company LV where he enjoyed different Sales and Personal Assistant roles for nearly 12 years. In 2017 Alec returned to Hearnes – he is passionate about property and gives fantastic customer service. Outside of work Alec enjoys socialising, holidays, taking part in Moors Valley Parkrun and is training for his fourth marathon! We are not sure if he uses his Peloton. A new addition joined the Castiglione household in 2022 – Otto, a Border Terrier puppy.
