Andrew began his estate agency career in 2005, working as a Junior Negotiator in New Milton for a corporate estate agency where he progressed to managing this and their Highcliffe office. After working within Nissan in Poole for a couple of years, he decided to return to Estate Agency, when he joined Hearnes in Bournemouth in 2014. Andrew has played a large part in growing the business to its market leading position and has progressed from valuation manager to Branch Partner. Clients enjoy his empathetic, hard working nature and eye for detail. Away from the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and children Grace, Jude and Toby whilst also attempting to improve his golf handicap.
