Matthew Hillier

Matthew joined Hearnes in 2015 after working in a diverse range of customer service and sales markets including the Westover Group in Poole. Matthew previously studied Graphic Design at the local Bournemouth Arts University which enhanced his keen eye for details, problem solving and creativity. Through determination, hard work and offering an exceptional level of customer service to our clients, Matthew quickly rose to top salesperson not only within our Bournemouth office but the company. Within his role as Sales Manager, Matthew also enjoys sharing his knowledge and training other team members to deliver the same level of standard throughout. Outside of the office, when he is not exploring the local towns or focusing on home improvements with his partner, Matthew is a keen sportsman and enjoys golf, football and is part of a running group with his friends.
