Since joining Hearnes in 2024, Josh has quickly made his mark in his first estate agency role, bringing enthusiasm, strong people skills and a natural confidence to the sales team.
Having grown up locally and now living on Ringwood High Street, Josh has an excellent knowledge of the area — whether it’s advising buyers on the best places to eat, drink, or enjoy the local lifestyle, highlighting what makes Ringwood such a desirable place to live.
Before moving into property, Josh gained valuable sales experience working for Mercedes-Benz, where customer service and attention to detail were paramount. He also spent time working abroad, strengthening his French.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time on the golf course (often alongside Sam) and can regularly be found following Weymouth Football Club — remaining loyally optimistic, season after season.
